Green Bean Progress
Green Beans beginning to grow and pop up, insects all around the plants, however they are still progressing and growing.
Week of Nov. 27th
This week we focused on monitoring the status of our plot. We also had our first harvest! We will continue to monitor the progress of our crops as the semester comes to a close.
Strawberry fruits have formed.
Our sunflowers are turning brown. Are they maturing towards seeding or is it something else? We will continue to make observations.
We have a visitor pollinating our peppers. Bees are definitely welcomed guests.
Bell peppers are looking ready for harvest.
We are starting to see some of our 'Lunchbox' peppers. I wonder what colors they will be.
Davis is harvesting some bell peppers.
Hmm.... something doesn't look right. This carrot was transplanted in and may have suffered permanent root damage. We'll know more once some of our direct seeded carrots appear big enough for harvest.
